Swargiya Rajiv Gandhi Government College, Kalapipal
The Swargiya Rajiv Gandhi Government College, Kalapipal was established in the year 1989. It is a state-government (State Government) college. The college is affiliated with Vikram University, Ujjain.
The campus initially began in an “ancient temple,” as per available information. With time, the institution expanded, and now the campus covers approximately 4.18 hectares. In the beginning, the college offered only the B.A. (Arts) program; later, B.Com (Commerce) and B.Sc (Science) streams were also added. The main purpose of establishing the college was to provide education to rural and semi-rural youth in the region, which previously lacked access to higher education.
